The journey began in 1931 at the hand of eminent literary and social humanist and has continued till today, making 81 glorious year of Marathi Vangmay Parishad, Baroda.
The organization has been involved in activities for evolving Marathi literature and flourishing the growth of Marathi culture. We are proud to state that ours is the only organization in Gujarat which is affiliated to “Maharashtra Sahitya Parishad, Pune” and “Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Sahitya Mahamandal”.
For the furtherance of our objective we arrange conventions every year under the chairmanship of august literary , linguist & social personalities. In addition of convention we also arrange various programs for Sahitya Spardha, Book Exhibition, Interview of Renowned Personalitits from the fields of literature, music, dramatics and also interactive programs like Debate and “Kavi Sammelan” for the active participation of interested people.
Besides above we are planning to purchase new office premises for the organization. We will like to invite your generous support from all our well wishers. We can’t bring our dream into reality with you. We therefor appeal to extend your helping hand towards this effert.
